NY Sheriffs began responding within days of the passage of this (heinous) Act. Two neighboring sheriffs declared they WILL NOT ENFORCE in their counties.

My county is as yet undeclared - waiting to see which way the wind blows. Unfortunately, TPTB have decimated the local sheriffs departments over the last two years with layoffs and budget cuts.
Hiring State Police and corrections officers like crazy, does that sound like pre-planning to you?
