Glad to know folks are stepping up against the brutality of the LAPD. I also do not agree with (the alleged) way that Dorner went about doing what he thought needed to be done. Innocent folks killed isn't right. However, I stand with his right to be heard about his treatment, the treatment of others, by the LAPD. The LAPD was caught out in their behaviors in this whole incident. I'm just sorry that folks died in the process, including Dorner. LAPD proved that there's a percentage of 'bad cops' in their midst, by the audio at the cabin that went viral. They can deny all they want, many of us heard their words, saw their actions. See it all around us, in fact, not just in LA. Many in LAPD and others just like em elsewhere in the USA seem to think of themselves as judge, jury and executioner. And I think it's good that many folks are beginning to say.... enough! . |

Dorner was too Orange County to have loyalty in the black community of LA. We are talking Watts, Compton, South Central, Downtown ... Rodney King was from these areas and the riots that came afterwards reflected on these poor areas saying to themselves, "he was one of us", "if they did it to him, they'll do it to us". Dorner would not be considered one of them in these areas. |
