Mostly wifi, radio, tv stuffs, and aliens. It's weird, but I've also wondered if it's some interdimensional beings trying to communicate too. |

John Kimble User ID: 1516308 Netherlands 02/19/2013 02:05 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | it is very normal to hear high pitched sounds that suddenly come and go away. It is part of ageing. The way your ear picks up frequencies is with thousands of microscopic hairs. Over time those hairs die off or break. When they break you hear that high pitched sound. That is why you hear them after a gunshot cause the immense airpressure causes instant hearing damage. Nothing to worry about, if you think you have hearing damage go to the doctor.Hearing damage can be a real problem over time if you don't discover it in an early stage. It seems counterintuative but you can get oversensative to sound if you have hearing damage. So much so that the sound of a utensil draw opening can be extremely painful. I'm da party poopa |

Just wondering if anyone else is noticing this. Yes, I've occassionaly had a high pitch ring last for a minute or two. Over the past week it's been more frequent and seems to be a lower frequency and vibration. Even mentioned this to my husband that it was weird. Almost like a tv is turned on somewhere (thought I saw this somewhere in one of the threads too). Actually it's happening in my ears right now. |
