... Are you seriously suggesting that the Rabbi should announce beforehand when he wants to inspect the plant. Quoting: Judethz No, I'm saying he shouldn't be paid every time he shows up.  So you'd be happier if the Rabbi just sits in his office doing nothing then. No, I just didn't know so much of it was about money. I thought you got your plant certified then that's it, maybe a couple inspections that were covered by the fee. It shouldn't be an additional expense with no limits. Seems like it could be ripe for abuse.  And what about the arsehole running a food processing plant with problems that he dosn't want to pay to fix. Unannounced visits keep people on their toes.
