People have seen stranger, so wouldn't surprise me if this is true. I've heard of one story (can't verify) where a taxi driver in India was giving a couple a ride one evening. When he saw one of them had 'chicken feet' instead of human feet he ordered them out of his taxi. The other one was asking why he was ordering their partner out, and when he looked down, he noticed the other one had chicken feet also.

Looks like a modified trailer for the the movie Black Eyed Kids to me. Not a solid representation of the real thing/urban legend but it looks like a good B-movie romp still the same.
