If she was not really pregnant, and the doctors were aware she was not really pregnant, as they claim, why would they do a c-section? That's a major surgery, with a reasonable risk of death. Why would a doctor put a patient through that risk unnecessarily?

It sounds like the journalists have taken the majority of their info from the lady herself.... and if she's sick then it's all delusion and this kind of disease can get like whoppingly delusional. It needs to be researched a bit more and the hospitals side needs to be stated properly. I mean if she was in the delusion, her 'c section' might have been fuck knows what but anything but a c section. This is possible. We need more facts, but if she did have a c-section, we can be pretty sure she was really pregnant. The Hippocratic oath prevents doing risky surgery when it isn't needed.
