Re: Hospital steals baby?
If there was no baby, why did they give her a c section then? That part does not make sense.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
Hearing the heartbeat, seeing the baby on an ultrasound and being given a c-section. There had to of been a baby.
I've heard of physiological pregnancies before, but they are found out at the first check up. Very weird, poor girl.

She can prove her case with records of Dr's visits, tests, etc.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
The hospital has not stolen it. Why? because if they had, they would have claimed that it had died and just shown the parents a stock body. That story would cause them less hassles if they were stealing babies. However, the most logical conclusion you can draw from this story is that the woman did actually suffer from a mental disease and there was no baby.
logic has its purposes.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
The baby was probably taken for the fetal tissue worth hundred of thousands, or for some sick elite ritual sacrifice. Read up on the late Ted Gunderson's work. This shit goes on. Hospitals are very dangerous places. Never sign your driver's license as a organ donor, if you do that you give hospitals financial incentive to let your die or even have an "accident" to ensure your death.

Yeah they wouldn't of given her a c-section if there was no baby. You cant just walk into a hospital and say oh Im pregnant open me up.

They would of had to shown the mother the baby if it had passed away & where do you get a stock baby from?

This story is very weird.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
My reply on the other thread about this..I whizzed past this one..sorry

Hmmm..my mother neighbour was pregnant with twins, I saw the scans, she and her hubby were very excited, due to the fact that she was told that she would never be able to get preggers.

The scan photos clearly showed twins...clearly, she had the scans done at about 7 months.

At eight months she came over to my mothers house, she was very upset because the twins were gone.

No miscarriage, no birth, no pain...nothing..just gone.

The doctors said it must have been a phantom pregnancy

My mother is an ex midwife and no fool

We looked at the scans again and there were defiantly two babies a month prior

They had simply vanished

You don't "Have a Baby", until you "Have a Baby"?

Until then, you have a "growth".

Growth like things are removed all the time.

If it was an alleged baby,

Perhaps the Occultists needed an fresh human sacrafice.

Perhaps it was the Anti-Christ?

Perhaps it was the Spawn of Satan?

Perhaps it was a parasitic Alien Hybrid that Eats Human Flesh, and Brains?

Perhaps all of the above?

Poor woman if true.

However to me, her tummy does not look like that of a pregnant woman.

Weird.

This.

As a slender mom of 4, I KNOW that your navel flattens out or even turns into an 'outtie' during the last trimester at the very latest.

Her navel is still concaved and very defined.

Odd.

I am thin and have had 2 pregnancies, my belly button didnt flatten out or pop out either. Everyone is different.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
Two things stick out of the article to me.
1- premature separation of the placenta was diagnosed, at the hospital by an obstetrician.
2- the doctor responsible for her pre-natal care has reportedly promised to be a witness against the hospital.

If this was a phantom pregnancy, the number of highly trained medical professionals that missed it is staggering.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
what it sounds like is the ultrasounds showed she didn't have a baby.. but because of her disease, she was still convinced that they did show a baby. If she had a picture of her baby in an ultrasound I think it would say in the story, and usually they give you pictures.
I think that she is just crazy, seriously. There are some weird shit things psychosomatic things the mind can do to the body.
 Quoting: Requiem

I'm not sure the mind can do THAT much - however phantom pregnancies have been known.. other circumstances are usually present alongside the woman also 'thinking' she is pregnant.

It happened to my mother...didn't know the woman but bumped into her at a funeral when i was 25ish - she had a fair number of pregnancies in her sorry life that her body 'took-on' the appearance of being pregnant - constantly. skinny arms and legs with a huge belly.

Mindset of always wanting children, coupled with self-neglect/abuse/psychiatric conditions = possible phantom pregnancy.

Weirdest story in a while. What do you reckon, baby or no baby?

A Brazilian woman has accused a hospital of stealing the baby from her womb after she woke up from her C-section to be told her pregnancy had been 'psychological'.

The hospital probably FED the baby to a chupacabra!!!

Re: Hospital steals baby?
Probably malpractice and infanticide rather than stolen baby.
The surgeons performing the C probably screwed up and accidentally killed the pour innocent child and are now torturing the mother with lies and guilt to cover their own guilt.

She should sue the shit out of them. With ultrasound records she has the evidence.

Are they claiming that she had a psychological control over all the medical professionals that saw here during the entire pregnancy?

Either they need to get her the baby back, or a lot of people need to be fired.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
After having 4 c-sections myself I have to say that I'm pretty sure of one thing...the doctors at the hospital cannot be telling the truth. Placenta previa would not be presumed unless they had thoroughly checked her and had given her an ultrasound at the hospital.

[link to www.marchofdimes.com]

^This^ site says:

"How is placenta previa treated?
Treatment depends on how far along you are in your pregnancy, the seriousness of your bleeding and the health of you and your baby. The goal is to keep you pregnant as long as possible. Providers recommend cesarean birth (c-section) for nearly all women with placenta previa to prevent severe bleeding.

If you are bleeding as a result of placenta previa, you need to be closely monitored in the hospital. If tests show that you and your baby are doing well, your provider may give you treatment to try to keep you pregnant for as long as possible.

If you have a lot of bleeding, you may be treated with blood transfusions. A blood transfusion is having new blood put into your body. Your provider also may give you medicines called corticosteroids. These medicines help speed up development of your baby’s lungs and other organs.

Your provider may want you to stay in the hospital until you give birth. If the bleeding stops, you may be able to go home. If you have severe bleeding due to placenta previa at about 34 to 36 weeks of pregnancy, your provider may recommend an immediate c-section.

At 36 to 37 weeks, your provider may suggest an amniocentesis to test the amniotic fluid around your baby to see if her lungs are fully developed. If they are, your provider may recommend an immediate c-section to avoid risks of future bleeding.

At any stage of pregnancy, a c-section may be necessary if you have dangerously heavy bleeding or if you and your baby are having problems."

They would have had to make sure that she wasn't miscarrying and also determined the location of the placenta by ultrasound to assure it really was placenta previa. With only her word she was pregnant they would have had to. One wanding of her belly would have prevented any of this article from ever occurring.

So I guess the question is...where is the baby? Did the mother have it and try to blame the hospital? Did the hospital flub up? Did her doctor lie to her throughout the pregnancy? Because if she had a sizable placenta then she was closer to term than not...but if it were not large it may be she miscarried (did she know before this she had placenta previa?) and never realized it was gone already in the early months. Is this a scam by the mother and her prenatal care doctor to score a money settlement from the hospital? Or was her little baby born ok and sold to the highest bidder for a cash donation? Such a strange story...also the one poster who said a friend said her twins disappeared in utero. So strange.

When the big man types - politicians, judges, doctors, anyone in a seat of authority - uses his or her position to take the lives of your family.... it is your DUTY to do something about it.

Find them and make them accountable in a way that does not involve paperwork.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
Lots of people claiming phantom pregnancy is real, of course it is and maybe she totally believed she was pregnant when she wasn't. But she certainly has grounds to sue regardless, who preforms random c-sections on women claiming they are pregnant.

I think something probably did happen to the baby though.
We accept the reality of the world with which we are presented.

Re: Hospital steals baby?
maybe she had a miscarriage and the bleeding was delayed so never noticed the baby was gone or the doctor giving her the prenatel care just wanted to con money from them and showed her fake ultrasound pics
