[ link to www.lisashea.com] My family on my father's side are Lumbee Descendants the "White" ones act like we don't even exist...even though the last name is all traced to the same SEE HOW DENIAL works? That's always an interesting part of history. The writer should take out this part though: It is assumed they wore beaded headbands with a feather or two, Headbands with feathers were invented by the movie people as part of costumes to keep the wigs on the actors.
