The fact that you are from France gives credibility to what you are warning us against. Historically, this sort of thing actually happened during the Occupation, and is a part of your History which is still "current" because there are still a few (and getting fewer) people alive who can attest to its' occurrence.

I've been watching without equipment,
North of the ITZC (The Intertropical Convergence Zone) I see a difference and have been pointing it out trying to get friends to look with me. Activity has been increasing over the years and they fall different. Steeper Angles and seemingly but likely not actually straight down at times. This may be due to a weakening magnetosphere and thinning atmosphere maybe not.

I had this happen to me op. Who are they and what are they? They seem to go in and out of dimension I feel. One time saw one with but only the black jacket and combat boots. Like it was a nazi. Was the most strangest thing ever. The person scared me at first, as it was dark like they were waiting for me as I walked down the street but I showed no fear and looked at them. Was the strangest looking human ever didn't look human to me. He kept on smoking this being in all black trenchcoat, his head was covered but I knew he was waiting for me. He didn't follow me and I hurried home. Thank goodness I never saw him again but people dressed in all black un-nerve me ever since. If I told you some of the things and words I have heard in my head you would call me crazy but not crazy...
