You had me up until you said you are a dictator running a dictatorship. Good luck with that.

Sadly their are 3 main thing that will collapse a hippy type communes faster than anything else: money, decision making and sex. I can take care of money, sex is not a problem and that just leaves decision making of which I have taken care of.
