Not only is this an old story, it's not a finished story. There are many who see this as contradicting SCOTUS and what was approved under Bush.

And the morons who think "Well, if the courts do this, they can impeach Obama." Wrong. If Congress passes a law which is struck, Congress doesn't get thrown out. Things don't work that way.
