It requires due diligence by the one who holds the 'sponge' to both rinse it, squeeze it out, and leave it to dry away from the sink in which it sat, if it is intended to be utilized again at another time.  Suppressing some forms of life in order for others to thrive...it'd be the same as snuffing out humanity so that the earth can survive. :eyebrow: |

I didn't watch your vid as I was directed to this thread by aether when I saw that AC reference me directly. I am speaking of filtering the noise. The constant bombardment of stimuli. For example, are you listening to a song of which you know the words to, while at the same time you are thinking and writing? Then you are filtering. One can jump back and forth but not sing along, while writing and thinking simultaneously. The point is choice. That which to point your focus.
