I will tell you this.
Only GOD can prove this to you. And when He does, all the petty stuff will become irrelevant. You will know.

The strong clan chief would try to make a stupid decision, the shaman being an intelligent person who immediately recognized the mistake would tell the clan chief "hey buddy you are messing up." Which earned him a grade a ass whuppin. So the shaman using his mental prowess told the clan chief that the spirits of the sky told him that the moon would only be half visible in 15 days. Well sure enough 15 days later the moon looked just like the shaman said it would, and the chief was sold on the sky spirits. So the shaman started to tell the chief that the sky spirits would be angry if he didn't listen to the shamans wisdom, and bada bang bada boom religion was born.
See, that the thing. I became a Christian when I first recieved the good news about Jesus Christ. I wasn't indoctrinated. And before I had even read the Bible or knew much about it.
There were certain things that caught my curiosity though. Just enough.
It had been several years of anything really. And then I had to make a dicision. Like everyone has to do.
Do I really believe and what is it that I really believe.
Even Jesus Christ was led into the desert.
I kept believing by faith. Because this is what I really believe to be true. Even during those tough years. I think you might know what I'm talking about.
I will say this though. GOD didn't really show HIMSELF mighty to me until about 20 years after I became a Christian. Not that He didn't reveal HIMSELF but just in a different way. And it was obvious. No denying it.
It is not indoctrination that make people a Christian. It's not the fact you may or may not go to church. It is where your heart is at.
