Can someone show me proof that "God" is real?

Matter and energy, respectively.

"God" is only a phrase. That concept you descriped is just another attempt to explain the questions to "where do we come from", "why are we here" etc and often used to make people fear and bow.
Different religion descripe "god" differently. You are also only referring to the christian concept?

It seems obvious to me that nobody designed you. Otherwise, who designed the one who designed you? And yes, self-realisation does matter to me.

I know who designed me. I know how to build a car. Does that mean that the car can understand what I am?
