Thank you very much! Sounds delicious! Yes, the asians really know how to cook with spices. Especially in Vietnam. So much flavour, but it doesn't kill your mouth as in Thailand or Burma.

Burma borders Thailand and India... and I sure have a penchant for some of the delicious things (for me) from that region as well. And as always... it's about whatever turns you on!
