In the most Happy... and Healthful... of ways. The further you distance yourself from processed foods in the U.S. the better off.... and you will realize this if you do it... the happier (much) and healthier in terms of basic Vitality (much) you will be. Quoting: Kalles Kaviar Man, the pepper sauce my wife learned to make from a Thai friend (my wife is from Taiwan... and wow are there some Great Tastes there... My Favorite!!!!!!) is.... WoW!!!! We take some from here, some from there, some from further over there, and some from on the other side of there.... And do we eat good. I have to say it... we're very lucky to do so and don't take it for granted. I'm from an East European background and bring some of those things to the table. That Table is Full of Delicious Things! |
