OP here. Read the article in the link. The words I quoted are not saying to become a robot. I think if you examine the role of emotion in life you will find that it is detrimental. This information, properly understood, will help you make yourself less like a robot. Let your higher mind rule. Emotions have some value, but they are a lower form of consciousness and must not be the ruler of your mind.
