The "shot" is definitely NOT coming from the ground - had to be coming from some flying craft. I can't imagine who would be trying to "save" us since earth pretty much deserves an ass-kicking.

I must say that the more I see of that video,the more it seems to be brave human beings, Russians,Could be brave Americans, trying to stop what ever that thing was that looked like a meteor. I Say brave Americans because of the jet or what ever technology that was used. Whoever they were Russian or American, they did well.

America would have loved it to crash in Russia so that leaves Russia alone as being the shooter. It does come from a slight lower angle so it is climbing and seems to have been undamaged.

Maybe once somebody cleans up the vids it will be clearer what happened.

Think about all the shooting stars you've ever seen in the night sky. They streak through the upper atmosphere, burning up on entry. They DONT burn up or suddenly ignite once they're in the stratosphere.

I mean look at the trajectory of the smoke trail left behind. And if it was a meteor that was burning up and breaking up then that russian city would have been showered with debris but did we here any stories of people being showered with hot burning fragments of meteorite? Did we hear of any fires (grass fires etc) being started by burning fragments? NO!!!

All we see is a something that streaks through the sky, eventually ingnites, burns out then allegedly hits a factory and an ice pond (or whatever it was), leaves a trail of smoke and thats it.
More like a weapon of some sort, or a rocket test, or a science experiment, or an attempt to create some media excitement over the possibility that we could be hit be a meteor.

There are too many things that dont add up in the footage we've seen. Such as why dont the people react when the alleged meteor starts to burn extremely brightly. People dont stop and look up or cower in fear. Cars dont break suddenly. Everything all seems normal, which leads me to believe that the footage was doctored to make it appear that something bright and glowing appeared in the sky.

My thoughts have been from the start that it was NOT a meteroite! Not exactly sure what it was, but it looks more like a plasma ball. Thunder clap was heard after it passed. People definitely reacted when the first "boom" was heard and felt! Other "booms" were heard after the first initial "boom" too, just like after a large bolt of lightning is observed. Could this be related to other "booms" being seen and heard and reported in other locations? As for what came up to hit the fireball it could have been a DEW on the ground or airborne.
