Does the 'intelligent' water effect the mind or does the 'intelligent' mind effect the water?

Water water everywhere. Perhaps Coleridge was thinking deeper than academics give him credit for!

There is no such thing as gravity. The earth sucks!

The true poet reveals a little about himself in modernity and a a great deal more in futuristic terms.

I looked into the placid eyes of the cow and saw her look back at me and just knew I couldn't be partisan to her killing, for she was filled with water like me.

Stare into the world and the world stares back.

I've learned quite a bit about the electric universe from S0's videos, and now your posts as well. Answers a lot of questions and opens many more.

Amazing discovery. Great thread on it Septenary Man. Thanks.

Once again you have my full attention.

I would just like to share that I am involved with Ultra-pure deionized water purification on an industrial scale.

The demonstration of the water bridge makes me question the purity of the samples in the beakers as deionized water is electrically resistant.

Perhaps the charge is forced out of both beakers as in a Farraday cage and envelops the outside of both vessels. The water once splashed into the eletromagnetic conduit between the two becomes suspended and is quite happy to flow resolving any differential however slight between the two solutions.

Water has always fascinated me and amazes me still.

Thanks for the brain food.

You may also have noticed there is an obvious difference between the darker left beaker and the crystal pure one on the right. Watch as the water level begins to drop on the right side flowing uphill to the left as osmosis tries to balance the molarity of the two solutions that now share a commonality that is the electromagnetic conduit.

Yeah, I also noticed the 'pulsing' almost of the water as it tries to obtain a type of equilibrium.

Osmotic pressure by itself is another amazing trick water can do.
The imbalance of a leaf cells contents and ground water can defy gravity for hundreds of feet. We use pressure to reverse the process but electromagnetic deionization is an experimental process being used.

If there's nothing to read out there in left field.

"We report another unusual effect of liquid water exposed to a dc electric field: the floating water bridge.” When exposed to a high-voltage electric field, water in two beakers climbs out of the beakers and crosses empty space to meet, forming the water bridge. The liquid bridge, hovering in space, appears to the human eye to defy gravity."

5* :)

BTW in the "Me Tel U..." thread, there were references from the entity to water, salt, and electricity- that studying these would lead to the secrets of the universe being unraveled

Another possibility is that the two jars are in harmony.

The force driving the water would then be the concurrent flow the electrical energy and the water seeking the path of least resistance.

Could we use this to Terraform planets/space. Could we set up massive machines to create charges to attach water in space.... or attach comets (aren't they mostly water/ice).

Is there a spot above mars that we can put electro magnets to "summon" water from space then let if get caught by gravity and fall to mars as rain?

or i could just set at my desk and do a boring job while nasa tries to make friend with muzzies.....

Thread: A New Thought on Planetary Formation
I don't know why I think of things like this, or how it comes into my mind, but I figured out a way to create planets that has never before been proposed, that I am aware of.

Briefly, stars create water merely from certain light wavelengths [link to www.esa.int] ...water attracts to water especially with high voltage and 'vacuum' (Water Bridge Experiment) [link to www.youtube.com] Interstellar cloud comes across star...whatever the mechanism of initiation, whether it already be an object caught by star, or one entering that gets caught, a conduit is formed through cloud, much like a magnetic flux tube [link to science.nasa.gov] ...denser the cloud, faster the transfer to orbiting object [link to www.astronomycafe.net] If it even needs an orbiting object to have a conduit. Maybe, actually I think this is more likely, elements get transfered from star to densest part of passing cloud column, making it ever denser and also trapped in sun's gravitational electric/magnetic field. Presto, a proto-planet is born. And, after eons of going in and out of passing clouds, further formation occurs...with all necessary life ingredients coming and/or being transfered from the sun itself...including, INCREDIBLY, water.

So, we go from planets being formed able to sustain life as an extreme rarity...to...inevitability...

This needs to be worked out, but on its surface, there is ABSOLUTELY NO glaring fallibilities of formation this way. Now that we know about interstellar clouds and EU and the attraction that is created through energy...a missing piece would be the accumulation of water. But now that it is known that stars create water vapor, and the Water Bridge experiment...

Re: The Floating Water Bridge - Water Behaving as a Plasma
What water is doing is behaving as if alive when having electric current ran through it.

If we are electric beings, and most of our bodies are water...is the water structuring how our bodies are structure and function per the electrical signatures and flow of electricity in our bodies?

What I am asking/saying, when water within our bodies has electromagnetic stimulus, is it creating the 'blueprint' of how we are structured and how we function at a 'blueprint' level?. Or is it solely reliant on DNA? Maybe DNA forms the original pattern, and water/electromagnetism helps keep the pattern in place as we 'live'.

Wow, I think I just went out in left field somewhere.

While it's one of the most important and abundant chemical compounds on Earth, water is still a puzzle to scientists. Much research has been done to uncover the structure of water beyond the H2O scale, which is thought to be responsible for many of water’s unique properties. However, the nature of this structure, governed by hydrogen bonds, is currently unknown. “Water undoubtedly is the most important chemical substance in the world,” explained Elmar Fuchs and colleagues from the Graz University of Technology in Austria in a recent study. “The interaction of water with electric fields has been intensely explored over the last years. We report another unusual effect of liquid water exposed to a dc electric field: the floating water bridge.” When exposed to a high-voltage electric field, water in two beakers climbs out of the beakers and crosses empty space to meet, forming the water bridge. The liquid bridge, hovering in space, appears to the human eye to defy gravity.

Weird Water in Space is Electrically Charged
By SPACE.com Staff
posted: 07 May 2010

A new 'phase' of water that is electrically charged has been discovered in space for the first time.

The weird space water vapor was discovered in an interstellar dust cloud by the European Space Agency's Herschel space observatory.

Unlike the three more familiar phases of water – namely solid ice, liquid water and gaseous steam – this newfound 'phase' doesn't occur naturally on Earth.

In the birth clouds surrounding young stars, ultraviolet light is pumping through the gas, and this irradiation can knock an electron out of the water molecule, leaving it with an electrical charge.

"This detection of ionized water vapor came as a surprise," said Arnold Benz of ETH Zurich in Switzerland. "It tells us that there are violent processes taking place during the early birth stages which lead to widespread energetic radiation throughout the cloud."

The detection of this weird form of water was announced Thursday during a major scientific symposium held at the European Space Agency (ESA), which runs the observatory, in Noordwijk, Netherlands.

The first scientific results from the Herschel observatory also included new views of massive star formation and a temperature reading of a frigid cloud of gas and dust, were released at the symposium.

Herschel launched in May 2009 alongside Europe's Planck observatory, which will detect the cosmic microwave background radiation of the universe.

So, a new phase of water discovered in space. Add electricity, massive volts in electric currents in space, and it attracts the water together...interesting...

Begin adding it together, and we can visually and more easily begin to see creation and its binding patterns at work...through vibrations and electrical influences.

Yes, that is why it has become so important to keep an open mind in this new era we are finding ourselves in.

It is not that everything is 'wrong', though. Everything is going to need to be re-examined. The need to get rid of specializations and compartmentalization is necessary. Everything is connected, and those connections need to be expressed properly through what I call, cross pollination of studies.
