So, when these stars (suns) create water, the water is submerged in electrical currents from the star's relationship within its electrical environment.

Is the sun structuring water, and water structuring us? I am not saying that as 100%, but is the sun influencing the structure of water, and is water influencing the structure of us?

Again, I am out in left field, but it's fun to think about.

If we are electric beings, and most of our bodies are water...is the water structuring how our bodies are structure and function per the electrical signatures and flow of electricity in our bodies?

Why women and men are so adversely affected by mild dehydration is unclear, and more research is necessary. But other research has shown that neurons in the brain detect dehydration and may signal other parts of the brain regulating mood when dehydration occurs. This process could be part of an ancient warning system protecting humans from more dire consequences, and alerting them to the need for water to survive.

Good idea. You could use this concept to transfer water around a permaculture or self-sustaining system. Solar panels and batteries.
It could probably be used to force water through soil or a lit ration medium as well.
