Then that is on them. You are acting like it's a crime when it is NOT. Why does it bother you so much what they do? You are not fighting. You are complying by submission.
Quoting: 422 Look. I made this thread as a common sense recommendation that can benefit all who heed it as well as the site in general. You seem to be missing the point. I don't make racist posts. I don't reveal the specifics of my armament. I'm covered. This thread is a recommendation to those who are not so discrete. I never said expressing yourself is a "crime". I made it clear in the OP that everyone here is on the same page when it comes to the 2nd Amendment. The point of this thread is to point out that the federal government is cracking down on internet "extremism" defined by a certain profile which is: 1. armed (particularly with "assault weapons") 2. "racist" 3. anti federal government These are all common topics here. This site is monitored heavily. If your posts meet the profile above, then YOU and YOUR FAMILY are being monitored heavily by people with an interest (financial and otherwise) in making their monitoring worthwhile. Get it? Quoting: simultaneous_final Oh I see your point but you are missing the point that there are many that DO NOT CARE what the feds think or say. The feds are NOT the law of the land. You give them power by thinking they are. Quoting: 422 No, I definitely get your point. I am one of the people you mentioned. I don't care what the feds think or say. But the feds do not CARE about the law. They have shown this time and time again with too many examples to even mention. From importing hard drugs to unconstitutional executive orders to kill lists, the federal government does whatever they want with impunity because they are the biggest game in town. Quoting: simultaneous_final They got to be the "biggest game in town" because the people did nothing to stop it. Instead they looked the other way and went about their business as usual.
