My intuition tells me we will see a natural catastrophic event first then from there they will make a unified currency. I don't think the bankers will let dollar completely collapse. The Arabs won't let that happen either. it will probably be heavily adjusted. but a complete collapse means total loss of control & power which our government and bankers will not let it happen.

I think its way beyond saving, its the bankers and government s(printing billions of dollars) caused the problem.

How can the old dollar work the same way in the new system? In other words, the one dollar I made today is based on a different debt scenario from the dollar after a unitized monetary system is set up. So how can the two have same value?

The commodities each government use to back up their currencies will be changing too, so the value relation won't stay static unless governments agree to keep the number/amount fixed. Looks to me the only way to make it work is to have literally one money for all the countries involved, it probably won't have a familiar look like my dollar today.

I respecrfully disagree.

They will demand payment in full all debts and since none of you have it, you will be put out and left to die as criminal vagrants or criminal gangs, and everything you once had will revert to the bankers who wont need you.

They have accumulated enough infratructure that they dont need 99% of you to provide for them anymore, even those that still can, for you and your unwashed masses far outnumber them, and, when desperate enough may indeed demand revenge and try to overwhelm their comfortable govdotorg defenses, so all of yoou dead is better for them resting in bed.

The flaw in your explanation is that they dont need you anymore, indeed the general public is in the way and needs to be culled, which leaves everything automatically to revert to govdotorg ownership with no muss and no fuss.
