Is it just me or do the places where the cops seem to blast citizens apart...all seem to be in places where the gun laws are really strict? Am I communicating correctly? I don't seem to hear as many incidents like the cops blasting the Downes syndrome person in say...Montanna...or Texas...it always seems to be like in California or Illinois (Chicago) or in New York. Am I wrong? This is a question and not a statement.

You are correct. Here in new york they like to abuse disabled people . Ive seen homeless and disabled slapped around like little pieces of chicken by police. They go after the most vunerable and disarmed, no question about it.

It's not just you. The cops are especially brutal in states with strict gun control laws like New York, California and Illinois.

It is because liberalism breeds fascism. These states create an environment wherein the the 'elite' have privilege and power that the common folk do not.

Power corrupts, and the corrupted are attracted to places where they can exert power.

Exactly, they never know when we will defend someone's life with the death of one of them. The whole point of the second amendment - a check on the government's power by the people.
