(I checked to make sure it was not april fools day, its not) This is a law written by people who are protected by guns yet have never shot a real gun in their lifes. What happens when the wolf is at your door and the police are too busy to respond quickly or to respond at all. When someone does arrive they will probably just find your house blown down unless you stopped the wolf yourself.... Laws like this protect the preditory animal by limiting law abiding citizens to be able to take on the wolf pack head on... |

House Bill 1224 passed on a 34-31 vote, with just three Democrats voting against it. It was the first of four gun bills up for a vote Monday. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34686154 The end of the world as we knew it! Its not about being able to "mow down as many of our fellow citizens". You sound just like one of those piers morgan/obama zombies. What you don't get is that this is a step toward deteriorating one of our amendments, one of our rights as Americans. You know what happens when they take one away? They can take the rest of them. Now go watch some Bill Maher. |

Quoting: GreadyGeniu$ All you'd have to do is bend up some small metal inserts for the magazine and pop-rivet in in place to stop the mag follower from travelling past 15 rounds and it should be fine. I remember back in New Jersey you could only have 3 rounds in a shotgun for deer, and most shotguns held 5 rounds, so you could put a "dummy" insert in there that was as long as 2 shells and then it was legal to hunt with, so maybe... |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 4420825 United States 02/18/2013 03:44 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Frankly, 15 is enough in most cases. I don't worry about the law limiting me, however, it is unconsitutional. What part of "...shall not be infringed." do they not understand? Sedition. Treason. Due Process not needed. We know what needs to be done. Start with the ones that wrote the bill. Deprive them of that which they deem most valuable. They have deprived you of your rights and then deprived you of lawful remedy. Can you imagine what the founders would have done? What about the supremacy clause? Why is it the same liberals that voted for this shit sandwich are screaming that states can't nullify Obamacare? ...yet, they nullify the 2A at every turn. You can't have it both ways, criminal bastard thieves of liberty! I think we have a situatuation similar to that of 1775. Oh, no, its not that bad but they know what doing it that way will trigger, so, they just do it in steps but they're doing it just the same. The bill of rights is non-negotiable. FUCK YOU! WE WILL NOT COMPLY. May God forgive us for what we must do. |

Quoting: GreadyGeniu$ [link to www.koaa.com] I am ashamed of my state government. Having listened to some of the rhetoric, they have it wrong for all the wrong reasons. However, this is not a world of reason, but of madness. Some idiot said, it is worth it if it saves even one life. Of course, it is going to cause so many needless murders; and that responsibility will rest directly on the heads of all the state's politicians. I do not have anything beyond pepper gas for self-defense; and this causes greater concern, now, because of the social mindset here. |
