You must be reading between the lines. I have never read where it says any of that. It says our right to keep and bear arm shall not be infringed. That is all it says. That does not insinuate that we can have weapons only for hunting, or self defense. It just says we have the right to have weapons. If you want to know why it says that, read some of the founders writings about it. They said we need weapons to protect ourselves from a government that has gotten too powerful. They also said that they couldn't foresee a future with out revolution every thirty years or so. Until 50 years ago, we regarded the Constitution with enough respect to forstall the revolutions. If you want to throw in the "miltia" remark, maybe you should read the Dick Act of 1904. It is very specific about what is a miltia. Until you know what you are talking about, please let the adults talk.
