How gun manufacturers should get around the magazine cap laws..
1) They should start producing firearms the allow for 2 or 3 magazines to be inserted at once, then automatically switch over to the next magazine when the previous one is empty

2) They should make bullets be able to fire 3 or 4 bullets before they are spent,.. almost like little mini revolver cylinders .. but as bullets

3)Make belt fed handguns that the user can easily make the belt as long as they want..

any other ideas???

How many rounds do you need to stop an indruder, 30+??

Why not just shoot them ones, or have you pissed of so many people there is a chance more that 30 people are going to turn up at once?

I just don't undersand why you need so many bullets at once for home defence, just learn to make your shots count instead of blindly sparying bullets everywher and taking out innocent people caught in the crossfire.

So if you learn to shoot correctly 15 bullets should be fine before you have to reload, or is reloading some type of extremly complicated exercise??

Its easy for the average good civilian whos never been in a dangerous situation to not understand such things so let me explain...

you see the BAD GUYS,.. are ALWAYS going to have the high capacity magazines..And when you get into a fire fight with them it quickly can turn into a game of whats called "Suppressive fire".. This is where the person with the most bullets keep shooting to keep the other person "suppressed", as they move forward and in an effort to get a good "angle" or "close in" enough to make their kill, you would be surprised how pinging rounds around a target will keep them confused and disoriented. HOWEVER, this can be countered by having an equal amount of bullets in order to suppress back and keep them from advancing, who ever runs out of bullets or gets the kill angle first...WINS...

In addition, getting shot at also makes you extremely LESS accurate, so a six shot revolver can miss everytime at the closest of distances.

My thought was to make ten round mags that would "stack" on top of each other.
Maybe some design issues with feed and spring, but I have no doubt
American ingenuity can figure it out.

4) What about a shotgun style weapon that instead of pumping up shotgun shells into the chamber instead pumps in little revolver cylinders.... all automatic of course.

variously called striker or streetsweeper these were banned from possession like mg's
The knoxx drum and mag pump kits were forced out of production and the 12 g saigas are being threatened
They dont want any mag fed shotguns.

You have to save your nation by preventing subversives from changing everything, not by playing at beating them at their own game, you cant win playing their game, you have to root them out.

WRONG!, thats not at all what im describing.. what you are describing is a shot gun WITH a revolver type cylinder as the the chambering mechanism, what I am describing is bullets loaded into shotgun shell size revolver cylinders that pump into the the chamber and rotate on the inside of the chamber

Re: How gun manufacturers should get around the magazine cap laws..
that gives me an idea.. so how about the 10 round legal magazine, but the have an opening (loading port in the side), but then you can buy a seperate device called an "auto loader".. that can attach to the weapon and holds many more bullets in it's "storage resevior", and it would be battery powered .. and as you spend one bullet it loads another one into the "capped mag" for you.. fort of like the auto feeders in paintball

Re: How gun manufacturers should get around the magazine cap laws..
now another question would be, what constitutes a magazine??

what if they make "buttstocks" that have an internal storage of say 100 rounds, but its permanently fixed so you have to reload the bullets manually by hand... unless you decided to buy some "extra buttstocks" for "spare parts", which of course would be replaceble at the press of a lever of some sort

Our soldiers are the best trained in the world, using your thought process they should only carry 1 mag..... Have you ever been in a hostile situation???

Your an uneducated douchbag.. Shut the fuck up!!

Oh... BTW...google TAC RELOAD.... It takes less then 1.5 seconds when trained properly...
