Hi, thanks for replying earlier. You said I was not bugging you and could continue asking questions. Here goes...You said that people must deny themselves and follow Jesus Christ's example in order to reach heaven. (I hope that was a fair summary--please correct me if I am wrong). If so, how do you explain the thief on the cross who had no opportunity to fulfill those requirements? Jesus promised that thief he woudl be with Jesus in paradise. I ask this because I think salvation truly is the ultimate free pass, beyond our capacity fully to grasp.
