I got a taste of the new , more "proactive" police.

Back in 1989 I was driving in San Diego to North Island to get back to my ship

A Coronado cop started following me

I turned into a parking lot and was getting out of my car when he turns on his lights and RAPIDLY accelerates and then skids up to my car to "block me in"

He pulls his gun and orders me to lay on the ground.

I complied

He then says "Do you know why I pulled you over?"as he hand cuffs me.

"Uh....you didn't pull me over , you waited until I parked in a parking lot before you turned even on your lights."


"Well you just try that story with the judge"

"OK sir,but since we're in the parking lot for the 'Post Exchange' and this is a military base where you have no jurisdiction I really hope for your sake the FEDERAL judge goes easy on you."

About this time "Base Security " shows up points a few assault rifles at his head and he is forced at gun point to surrender his weapon.....and as they slammed him head first into the hood of his own car one of the marines used his handcuff key to take my cuffs off."

The cop claimed that I had "swerved" a few miles back and that he had chased me with his lights on all the way into the parking lot...the security camera's didn't back up his story.


Too make a long story short , he was eventually released back to the Police Chief , but all the the charges against about a dozen other sailors this asshole had arrested were suddenly dropped.

Hey, they can even set up rooms full of child-like targets in mock schoolrooms so their trained shooters can go through schools pumping round after round into childrens heads..........oh wait, they already did that.

With DHS and military members training to shoot pregnant women, children and the elderly, Americans should feel totally safe about giving up their guns. Who's more likely to kill you, a pregnant woman or an AR-15 carrying police officer in New York? Who's more likely to kill you, a child or our military men that drop bombs on playgrounds, sexually abuse prisoners and piss on dead people?

I don't know about you guys, but I will be turning in my gun for a $100 gift card to iTunes first chance I get.
