I lived near the Amish in Michigan for 3 years. They are the healthiest people I've ever known in my life. They're a pain in the ass on the roads, and hypocritical as hell, but they're healthy.

It's down to three things:

1. They eat only organic, natural food
2. They spend most of their time outdoors, especially as children
3. They live stress-free lives
