As for geophysical forces, I for one am wondering a bit about Mt Etna which has been glowing its top since Jan 20, plus of course all those sonic booms, small tremors, even the 'astral jelly' found in Somerset, but I hear it's been dismissed as Tony Blair's excess sperm discharge.

What will happen on March 10 2013?

The first of two great comets, called RANTHEON I think. Check youtube, NASA have a video on it. It sould be visible with the naked eye for at least 6 days starting March 10. However, the realy big one is coming in November and is called ISON. McCanney speculates that this could be the 1681 BC 'Red Death" event, i.e. one of the 7 plagues of Egypt. Its ferric oxide, will poison everything, water, fruit, veg and comes from its tail. This one will be brighter than the moon (NASA said so) and may impact Mars. Both comets are coming from the Oort cloud.

Wait till May/June if another solar system doesnt arrive hes just another bullshit snake oil salesman. His site is full of his book sales and survival gear he scares people into buying.

Regardless of McCanney's theories, there WILL be TWO great comets appearing this year, not the pea-sized Elenin of 2011 that NASA gave the public info a large amount of detail. I haven't a clue about what might or might not happen in May/June - that's McCanney's speculation. And to a certain extent he is right to speculate. NASA, a body supposed to know everything, fails to tell people of dangerous meteors regarding these astral bodies as 'classified' and has already admitted it is not too sure of Comet ISON's calculated orbit. It has failed several times about predicted solar storms. Now McCanney doesn't go out on a limb to predict anything, but to 'suggest' a mini solar system may be entering ours. Sure, he sells books to broadcast his ideas, but so did Velikovsky. NASA has a huge payroll and tells lies constantly, especially its weather predictions.

Good to see some unbiased opinions on McCanney's theories. I think he also has the time frame of the first week in January 2014 on his website as C/2012/S1 gets into a specific alignment with the earth, Venus, the moon and Jupiter causing some very unusual electrical balances/imbalances.

I get the feeling McCanney thinks this is the same comet as the "great comet" that appeared in 1680, however this time it may actually enter into the sun's gravitational attraction permanently and become our newest planet. That would induce a whole new electrical system in our solar system and at that time, the dirty snowball comet model will be revealed to be a complete sham.

We live in interesting times.

So what is wrong with selling books? It's a valid way to spread the information he has worked hard to collect.

Why is there no big criticism of Carl Sagan or Stephen Hawking book sales and TV appearances? The criticism seem to be pretty selective so far as I can see.

GEEEEE could it be someone is not happy with my success and upcoming book release ??? i never got my christmas card from NASA this year (again) could this be another sign this new world order controlled "space agency" does not like me ??? we trapped the IP address from which the hack came and are investigating the owner ... we have the records of all the damage done to my site and so we went to backups and now my web site is completely restored ... recall that the youtube videos impersonating me with chopped clips of my 2004 and other early radio shows makes it sound like i am predicting the end of the world remain up (youtube ...
