I set up a motion activated IR camera last night using Ispy. Hoping to record some meteors. So far Ive only got 2 and they are really weak. The weird thing is that even though there has been heavy cloud cover I keep recording these very brief flashes in the sky. Just single point of light only visible in one frame. Just a flash, they obviously penatrate cloud cover whatever it is. Anyone got any ideas? It's not lightning it is only ever a couple pixles lit up. once in a while there is a second pulse a second or so later, usually dimmer.
They don't seam to follow any pattern of time or location. Nor do they coincide with iridium flares.
