A lot of Americans don't realize a good deal of protein powder used for supplement is made from horse remains. I temped at a plant once that made it, I know it's true. There's a lot people don't know about the food they consume, in general, if it's processed. I'm sure I've eaten a lot of stuff I didn't realize I was eating over the years.
