Sorry for the late reply. This is an EXCELLENT thread. I am on the Paleo Diet. I have lost 20 lbs in about 2 months, and all I eat now is high protein/low carb/organic(if possible) Basically what you can hunt or gather. I eat organic meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and filtered water (from a Big Berkey Water Filter), stay away from processed crap at the store!
I go walking for 30+ mins per day, do a few reps with weights 2 times a day, and sittups twice a day, when it warms up i will go bike riding daily.
also drink organic veggie juice with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. (tastes like a V8 with a lil' kick!)
the weight seems to keep on flying off, and I am full of energy now!
This is a perfect "diet"
It is not really a diet...it is more of a lifestyle change.
If anyone else wants to lose weight, this will help GUARANTEED!
