I didn't read through all the bs posts, but given the title of thread, all I can say is...

All you men AND women read G FUCKING L P every freaking day and you are missing out on the number one important thing about having a man or woman in your life.

You need to have a mate that is going to watch your back when the SHTF, and it will hit the fan someday.

Put your hate away, all of you. Men and women will always be different and have different needs. Acknowledge those needs, figure out the ones you can meet and achieve and stop the complaining. If we were all the same it would be boring, we might as well be robots. We are human, we all have flaws and we all have potential to be great at some things.

I've come to the conclusion that for the people that bitch the most about the opposite sex it is because they are happier complaining, they would not know what to do if happiness crept up and bit them in the ass. I speak from experience, as a former complainer about certain things I finally woke up one day and said NO, I will not exist in any sort of complain/bitch mode for one more day -- EVER.

Was I programmed to be a chronic complainer? IDK, but when I took my own inventory and shut my self up, life changed for me. I saw the good in everything and I had less days of feeling some sort of wasteful negative vine that served no purpose in my life.

And you know what happens when you are someone wh never complains? you spouse/mate/significant other becomes even more smitten and attracted to you state of being, ie. you ATTRACT people that WANT to be around you.

IDK, I guess I am in someways just blessed that I learned this years ago and did not let it become a part of me. Always take a negative and make it a positive. Its YOUR life, none of you has to be miserable and even if you've had bad experiences in the past, that's where they are; the PAST. Move on, let it go. BE positive and watch what you attract into your life, not just with people, but with health and good mental well being.

I love men, have a wonderful relationship with many of them.

I agree, I have always respected the men in my life. They have all taught me different, valuable lessons.

There's just a lot of broken people that come to GLP, its not a bad thing, they just need to pick up the pieces and move on. Healing comes much faster to those that WANT to heal.

most women that I know don't wear a lot of make up, maybe some lip gloss and mascara. I think the reality TV shows go ever the top, the women look plastic and fake, because they are.

Its not fair to anyone, especially the hubby. don't bait and switch, ladies. keep fit, eat healthy, do your hair pretty at times and ffs, get rid of clothes that make you look matronly. NO SWEAT PANTS. Be someone your hubby looks forward to seeing after a long work day, otherwise he'll be thinking about other women who still dress to impress.
