For one, there are no plans to shut the borders during a deadly outbreak, and two, there has to be a high rate of death before there is a mandatory closing of schools (which serves as the node for the whole community, causing the fastest spread).

Don't buy the cheapo surgical masks (unless that's all you can afford). Go with the N95 and higher. The higher the number the more particulates that are filtered out.
