I forgot to post this but the most important thing about this is: NOT TO HAVE FEAR. Try to control yourself/emotions. relax and concentrate  The reason i have fear is because of the inner rage inside of me. when it comes out... i usually have full control of everything and things shake and move. and when i scream in my head. people hear it.. and turn around to stare at me.
