It doesn't have to make sense. take emotions for example they just are, they don't always make sense.

There appears to be a general warming trend within the solar system according to some sources . . . However, the earth goes through independent cycles based on mechanisms not totally understood . . . could a binary sun effect the earth . . . of course if it were close enough . . .

Some of my plants that I put outside during Summer started getting spots.

There are a bunch of plant pathogens . . . so it is not unusual . . . it is a known fact that these bacteria can be transported throughout the world through the wind and rain cycles . . .
