Anyone tried Rhodiola rosea? It is my favourite adaptogen/nootropic. Also Withania somnifera is good.  how long does it take to feel the difference on rhodiola ? I feel it in hours. It is a reversible inhibitor of monoamine oxidases, as well as enhancing "endorphin" production. It is far superior to anti-depressants for the same indications.
