I've only had a fever a couple times in 31 years. Anyway, got a hugh fever for days, body aches, worst migraine ive ever had. Then came the congestion. It's been weeks and my lungs are still heavy, I still sound hoarse, I'm coughing up thick stuff. Not to mention the extreme fatigue. This is the sickest ive ever been, and the longest ive been sick. Everyone in my house caught it, and everyone has the same symptoms still. |

I started getting stomach flu symptoms, and although I'm somewhat recovered, here it is the 19th, and I am still fatigued and coughing. It sounds like it's in my lungs. The last time I was this sick, was when Swine Flu was going around! I very rarely get the flu. Before that was two years earlier. I ordered some Manuka honey and some Oreganol. They are supposed to get here by Friday. I intend to knock this bug on its ass. I have insurance, but I don't want to go in, unless I have to, because the best thing they can do for me is antibiotics. I don't want to have to resort to that. Until my stuff gets here, I am fending for myself with nightly ginger hot toddy. |

I've had every test on earth done. I'm totally healthy according to both the doctors and the labs numbers. I can still power through it and live a 'normal' life but it's a constant weight and sucking the joy out of everything. |

The doctor gave meds and it seemed to go away all but the cough. I had a chest X-ray in Oct. chest was clear. I'm still coughing and sleeping morns. And after lunch. Some at night. Can not drive car because I need to sleep. Real bad. I don't feel sick just cough and sleep. Real strange. |

People might need to get a humidifier or put a pot of water on the stove to boil. Lack of moisture in the air will dry out nasal passages and we then get susceptible to getting sick. |

Originally i thought I had a head cold. I knew something was up when the pain and swelling started. If we are being bio-terrorized, it got my nose. My counter measures: 1. Bought an air purifier for my bedroom. I live in the North East and the windows are closed this time of year. 2. Take vitamin D3. 3. For energy, I juice fresh veggies for a breakfast drink, and add Beyond Tangy Tangerine to it - It has vitamins and minerals in it. 4. Bought saline nasal spray. Are you getting enough sleep? What about possible urinary tract infection --could be a reason for fatigue, just a thought. Hope you feel better. Disclosure: I am not in the healthcare field. |

Try Chlorella and Spirulina.......they will bind to the substance and help the body get rid of it......likewise for various other substances as well. It slowly destroys your immune system, thus difficulty in getting over flu, colds, etc. As far as I know, the BASIC form of GAMMA radiation you are getting is from Cesium 134 and 137. Both respond to taking calcium MORNING and EVENING to block uptake and get rid of same. Also, try vitamin C dissolved under the tongue every 3-4 hours, as ANY C you take in that is not needed immediately IS EXCRETED in the urine. Info posted in April, 2011 from government studies.
