200mg/day Iodine if you are actually having flu symptoms or the pneumonia. The higher the dose the better you will feel sooner.

2. Selenium : Their recommended daily amount is 200micrograms. That is bullshit again. You need at least 2000 micrograms spread throughout the day in 2 or 3 dosages.
I have been taking high dose Selenium without any side effects whatsoever! Selenium is what protects the body against HIV and other diseases.

I have been around my grandmother, mother, grandfather, cousin to name a few with the flu and pneumonia yet I dont have anything...my immune system is strong!

My grandmother almost just died last week from low blood pressure induced from her pneumonia and flu.
