Anyways, I thought I would add my story to the mix.

Many times my friends and I have stumbled across old porn in local woods (usually on the outskirts of small towns). Sometimes the area would be a "club house" of sorts, where it was known among us that different groups (of kids/teenagers) met up and hung out. The older kids would get drunk and bring their girlfriends. Which doesn't sound likely... but if you knew the town, it would make sense. As to how the porno got there, it always seemed to be "so and so's brother's secret stash." Our naive minds never connected the dots to what the older brother might be doing out there alone...

So yeah, on one occasion though, I was visiting family in Illinois - they lived in a decent area, a suburb of Chicago. I was 10-12 at the time. My cousins and I went to the local park which was around the block, hoping the basketball court wasn't taken. It was. So we decided to play hide and seek. While searching for a home base, we came across a big shrub that seemed to be almost dead. For no reason, we decided to climb under it, and yeah - found a few porn mags.

Also, to our suprise, we found a very sharp, and semi-large knife laying a few inches away from a magazine. We were all pretty stupid still, so we just grabbed a magazine, and the knife and decided to take them back. Eventually we decided the knife was a murder weapon, and threw it away. As for the magazine, we cut out the more explicit pictures, and sent them via sealed envelopes under my older cousin's door. (Mocking his enjoyment of the magazines he had hidden in his room.)

Summary: we were stupid. It was still fun. I am glad we weren't tackled by a pedophile.

Sometimes it were in amican language as i lived near the patch barracks in stutgart-vaihingen.

btw, i have been during my youth every now and then during summer collectin mushrooms in the woods and i can confirm,that these magazines were literally deep deep down in the underwoods sometimes - you could only get them by crawling on your knees for a while.

k i just realized that when i was at my cousins house we found a porn bunker... a big square hole in the ground somewhere around a mile away from the highway that was about 4 feet deep and a 2 foot tall roof/leanto. there was this wierd breifcase in there with fake medicine in it for display or something? then there was an umbrella, a beach chair, and some sort of tool for a car and finally some porn mags stached under leaves in a milkcrate. looking back, it scares the hell out of me to think about who went that far in the woods to jack off. my belief is those freaks from the hills have eyes go there to rub one out.

And yeah, there are even woods in Los Angeles. Griffith Park and Elysian Park are huge wooded mountains with canyons and lots of neighborhoods go right to the edge of the woods. yes in my younger days (early 90's) we would hunt for porn at the "bum spots".
for some reasons the homeless always have little "nests" of porn about, and they were never present at these places during daytime.
