Is there a soul?

Is there one central soul or are there many individual souls? Are we part of one soul source and living separate having countless experiences leading back to the one soul?

What does it mean when people say someone has lots of soul like a R&B singer on soul train?

Is it our soul that responds to music, poetry and art?
Why do we sometimes just feel like dancing?

Does your soul enjoy all the negativity that is pinned on glp right now? Could it be that people are too stuck in fear and mind, always thinking, fighting with each other because of their egos that act as their G-d's trying to overpower the language and the cries of our soul that just wants to be happy?

Interesting. The Janis (religious sect in India) believe that even the smallest organisms have a soul and they us a small brush to sweep any insects before them so they don't step or sit on them and don't kill any of them.

Are we communicating with our soul? How do we know the language of our soul?
When we create, are we creating from the soul? Is dancing when we lose ourself in dance an expression of our soul?

Although I was born and raised a Christian, early into adulthood I questioned the whole God/soul/creation thing. I eventually came to the conclusion that science is all we really have to put our "faith" in and rejected the idea of a God and afterlife. Then I had a heart attack and flat lined. I experienced a reality and existence I'd never sensed before and was in a remarkably wonderful place/dimension. Of course this can't be proven to anyone, nor do I try to convince others of my experience. Science (REAL science) is wonderful. However, too many "scientific" types have spoken much dogma and with the unscientific who try to come off as scientific by trying to negate any type of ethereal existence. A true scientist would say something like, "we don't know...there are studies that support both sides of the issues, but studies can often be in error or even biased when studying such a subject. We don't know, and can't possibly know at this time".
As for myself, it's not a belief, but a knowledge that our consciousness goes on. But this was an event unto myself and I have no right (or means) to try to prove it to anyone.

It does exist and I am true to my soul. It's my guiding light.

It's either yes or no or somewhere between. The problem I have with religion is this currency of the immortal soul.

The best thing is to leave religion out of it and study it. I'm pretty sure in time physics will get at the truth. After all, there's much we don't know. Like, what occupies the massive spaces between the nucleus and proton of an atom? We haven't a clue yet and probably a long way off from finding out.

Thus, for the soul to experience perfect love, it must experience every human feeling.

that which I have never experienced in Myself? So we see both the simplicity and the

Sorry, I did not read the link you've kindly provided (no time!). But, I always see a big red flag when someone says "God told me -----". Why has "God" chosen this one (or few) people to bestow knowledge upon? There are countless "God told me"s....which one to believe? That's the kicker. Belief. The only thing that matters (which I agree with you) is love...unconditional love. It's the only thing that matters. No belief system, it just is.

When is the soul put into the physical body?

Physical body is in you. Whatever you are aware of at any particular time.

If we could totally finish our conditioning that thinks we are a physical entity then we would not feel the weight of the body Just like driving a car, we do not feel the weight of the car.

I have experienced this and believe that when you are light, no burden of the body, then you are blissfully happy even whilst performing action through the physical body.
