In the United States, death certificates are considered public domain documents and can therefore be obtained for any individual regardless of the requester's relationship to the deceased.

i actually was bitched out by a friend on face book who actually went to the funeral of one of the victims. she claims nobody knows who robbie parker is but was really mad at me for my undeniable proof that we were lied to. all caskets were closed! so i can verify at least one funeral.
