If you believe that nobody died in Newtown, why should ask for a dead certificate?
By the way... before you jump from your chair screaming at... just to let you know... Connecticut Law (2011) prohibits any release of Police Reports when minors are involved in the case.
Yap... also parents are not aloud to get a police report of their children.
