Who pays for her alcohol? Who buys it for her? She is underage and can't buy it herself!
That person needs to be out of her life right now.
She needs to go to her parents and tell them that she has been manipulative and lying to them. She needs to beg them to help her stay sober. She needs them to hold her accountable.
If she really wants to get well, she will have to be the one to put forth the effort. If she doesn't care, nothing will help her.
