Bulgaria Riots over Austerity Measures, Police Routed, Government Resigns. EU in Freefall

Yea and after the next elections either the same puppets will get re-elected or some of the old puppets will gat in power again after 4 years of "opposition". Either way the establishment wins if (and when) sheeple get fooled again and pelieve their job has been done by removing the government and voting in the next elections.

Its The EU entity that has fucked us all. It was supposed to make us all wealthy and friends, and all its done is make us poor and divided. The UK will soon get its "stay in EU or leave referendum"

THE UK is going to vote to leave, and that will be the final nail in the EU coffin.

Exactly i remember several votes taking place in some countries untill they get the vote they wanted.

Same hapened in Romania.

Instead bowing to the people, the government resigns, calming the people for short time, and get replaced by other puppets.

Last year, after violent riots in the capital and 4 other major cities in January 2012, the government resigned, the president nominated one of the opposition leaders in April 2012.

In December 2012, the oppositon (social-democrats, liberals - in US would be conservatives- and the conservative party - in US would be the same) won 70% of the seats.

This move my the TPTB had the expected effect : give hopes to the masses and stop the protests.

What they did since Deceember last year?

Bow to West in the SAME manner as the former leading parties.They only stoped the selling of gold mines to the, well, canadians, just like in Bulgaria, only different company.

But worry not, the hopes fades, FB and national blogs are filled with hate against ALL POLITICIANS.It is just a matter of time and wheather until protest start.


This spring and summer will see riots all over the Europe.


A small advice to the bulgarians : get on your side the soccer supporters.

The political riot and violence on streets in Bulgaria is rare occurrence, and usually leads to drastic change in government. As in 1997 burning of parliament when Socialist party was ruling. Today Borisov has honorably chosen to step down without waiting for more. To make the things worse, yesterday in Sofia there were military vehicles in a kind of parade for the anniversary of the National hero Vassil Levski. They were accepted as danger from the protesters.

Now when all is over, the question is: now what? Because the fall of government doesn't bring higher income to anyone. Bulgaria is desperately poor, and I want to underline that. Poorer than Albania and other non-EU countries in the region. Greece is way much richer than Bulgaria, and you see what kind of protests happen in Greece. You cannot havea third world country in the heart of Europe, but that is what the statistics show. The rich cars on the streets of the 10% rich people cannot compensate for the misery of the rest...70-80% or how many are they. That cannot occur in Europe without consequences. I am surprised the situation in Bulgaria doesn't fill the world news as for ex. the Spanish medical protests.

you just cannot compare the situation in USA with the situation in Bulgaria. The prices of basic food and utilities is equal to the cost in USa and EU, while the average salaries... I don't even know, did they reach 500$ or did they not. Many households live much below that line. The situation is just desperate. If you think you have a crisis in USA or Spain, you know nothing.

Your in France, i live in uk and have done for 40 years, so was a teenager when the conservatives took power in 1979 after a disasterous spend,spend,spend policy of tony blairs ex boss (Labor party) thatcher came to power and we had a real economic boom a few years later after she got inflationd down from the highs of arround 30% and wresteld powers away from the communist union mafia's. Labour destropyed our economy then, and they did the same under blair/brown.
Oh lest not forget the PC brigade annther communist gift of tony blair, that devid cameron is still working to undo the damage of.
