[ link to www.opm.gov] DHS Oath of Office. Similar to military, uphold the constitution...but with a catch. They are also not allowed to strike against the government. Can we say catch 22??? What if the government violates the constitution, they are forbidden to take action if that is the case. Obummers private army. I see, maybe what he just needs is another sub division, something like a foreign legion, but for the Homeland. The US foreign legion for the Homeland, practising on little Jimmy and Granpa Joe targets.
