Working with military and police training simulators over the past few years I have noticed the sudden change in scenarios that they are running.
NATO forces are now running scenarios with similar targets in them as part of their European Civil Unrest training.
Quoting: strikeforce Yup, they sure ain't practice targets for Zimbabwe.
