Seems to just be an advertising point for this website, I see no other indication that any law enforcement agency is using this website, let alone that specific section. While its fully possible, the title to this is misleading (I would guess intentionally so). I could throw out a random statement "someone in DHS has used amazon" I haven't exactly proven that they are involved in a giant cross dressing operation.
