The biggest lie out there right now is that our food contains everything our bodies need for optimal health.

If I need, say, 1000 mg of Resveratrol ad day...

I would need to drink 50 glasses of either red wine or unfermented grape juice..

Grape juice, full of fructose > aging.

Wine, full of fluorine, (natural) sulphites and alcohol.

Other option would be to grow Japanese knotweed to get even more resveratrol, but that's an uncontrollable inavsive specie...

How easy is it to just order and get your stuff right away ?

Standardized, pure, measured and dosable ?
